Root and Reach Part 4 “Our Reach for God’s Glory”

This Weeks Sermon Notes;

Our Reach for God’s Glory

Being rooted in love brings both ________________ and ________________ in our lives.

Our reach is to be ________________ and ________________

                                   ________________ and ________________

                                   ________________ and ________________

Today we learn from the life of _________________.

Acts 6:3;  Acts 8:5-8;   Acts 8:39-40

Brothers and sisters, choose seven men from among you who are known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom. We will turn this responsibility over to them

Philip went down to a city in Samaria and proclaimed the Messiah there. When the crowds heard Philip and saw the signs he performed, they all paid close attention to what he said. For with shrieks, impure spirits came out of many, and many who were paralyzed or lame were healed. So there was great joy in that city.

39 When they came up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord suddenly took Philip away, and the eunuch did not see him again, but went on his way rejoicing. 40 Philip, however, appeared at Azotus and traveled about, preaching the gospel in all the towns until he reached Caesarea.

1.  Our reach requires _________________________.

The ______________ of our roots impacts the             ________________ of our reach. (vs 3).

When we are prepared, we put ourselves in a     position to have an _______________ reach.

2.  Our reach’s ________________ and _________________ are up to God.

Why would God take Philip from a successful      ministry?   ___________________________________.

Don’t ______________ your reach by your own plans or      agenda.

3.  Our reach is both __________________ and ____________________.

The life of ________________ is a great example.

If you don’t see your “________________” life as a part of     your “reach”, you are __________________ the longest            segment of your “reach”.

 Are you prepared?

None of us gets a __________________ of our life.

Are you willing to let God determine the radius and relevance of your reach?

The ___________________ God affords us the opportunity     for an _________________ reach.

Do you see your reach as both practical and spiritual?
